good for some products. Udaan team mentions the profit percentage instead of discount percentage. I don't really understand why these guys assume we retailers sell on MRP for all products. One more thing is that many items are mentioned as large bundles of sets. which eventually is of no use for many small retailers. Udaan team doesn't know the difference between expiry support and damaged items return policy. Even if products are not delivered by them, they put it as retailer is not accepting.

Ordered more than 5000 rs to get free delivery but some coupon got automatically added worth 30rs making it 4997rs but while ordering it still showed as the same and no delivery charges was added but while delivery they have sneakily added the 30rs to the invoice even though while placing order it showed 0 , Pathetic levels of scam.

I have been using this app since it first started , overall these year it's been excellent and I loved it , but recently it doesn't work properly and lack of products , and sometimes they don't deliver half of the things saying there wasn't space in their pickup truck so please try to deliver without missing out any items

worst app. worst experience. doesn't even show a single product. If there was an option to give negative stars I would have definitely given -infinity for sure. I've been trying to see the products for a month now but the app doesn't show any. I don't know how the app got 4.1 stars ratings.

Pharma expiry not accepting though batch is purchased from udaan itself. returning goods difficult, also claiming expiries becoming a headache. And please request the app team no to ask to mail what is the problem better work on the ground. No retailer has enough time to write we will directly shift to another rather writing and explaining to udaan. There are plenty options available now

to order the medicine it's good but while we download the CSV file to save the bill it's not in a order means the value of the item will be showing at ptr rate and for all the products we have to change which takes long time to save the bill, and we have raised a complaint also regarding this but no response
