We collect the following personally identifiable information
1. Location (GPS coordinates): We use location data to identify the most suitable partner for a particular customer order. We calculate the distance between the customer's location and the partner's location and this distance is one of the inputs in finding the most suitable partner.
2. Call log data: We use call log data to identify calls which were initiated by the user of this app (i.e. UC partner) but were not picked up by the customer. By identifying these calls, we notify the customer that our partner called so that the customer receives the partner's call the next time round. Additionally, we also use this data to remind the partner to call again so that a partner sees higher lead conversion.
3. Contact details data: We collect your contacts data (only after you give permission) and identify your contacts who are already working on our platform. You can go through their profiles, get ideas to improve your profile and get in touch with your contacts to learn how to be successful on the UC platform. We sync and store your contact data on our servers and in some cases may send marketing communication to your contacts.
4. Transactional SMS data: We collect data from transactional SMS to assess your eligibility for loans on UC platform.

I booked a slot for online meet as mentioned in your app. But, join video call icon is not getting hilighted during my prescribed time. I tried several times yesterday, but couldn't join. Moreover, there is no other ways to contact your support team. There should be chat support or any contact number. Its really annoying. Kindly, look into it and resolved.

it's very stressful with customers and company there is no one to help us .what customers say is that it is final there is nothing.dont play with us .if customer said anything call the professional also .don't block directly .as a working woman we have lot of responsibilities, suddenly we get blocked only for one customer,i delivered nearly 5000 customers all clients are given Good feedback,one customer is not a matter ,but company never thinks about that.......

Third class app, is this app for illiterate people? their training content teaches how to make payment. Mandatory and irrelevant training instead of a well structured guide etc....Not able to register because I can't watch the rubbish training. Also, as per other reviews it seems, this app is customer biased or customer centric. not recommended.

Partner is facing a lot of problems. But the company does not care, like if the customer has given a bad rating by mistake, there is no technical system to remove that rating, if we complain to the company, we do not get any help from there, apart from this, there are many such problems in the partner app. The company should do something about this.

Worst app, worst customer support. Suddenly can't connect to the client as there's the call option is gone. There is no way to connect to customer support, you need to struggle to raise a ticket. Customer support never calls or if calls disconnects the call by saying it's ok mam if it's not working.No one in the company helps the city nor can a call be made to the company's help center. Partners get worried and the company does not help. What is the use of working in such a company of partners.
