I had a very bed experience with this tutors app. I installed it on 3d oct 2025 & since 4th Oct, it only shows "loading.. plz wait" whenever I open it. it's been more than 24 hrs & the app still doesn't work. I keep getting notifications that students are interested but I can't open or view anything. I reinstalled the app & check my internet, but nothing helps. very disappointing and frustrating experience. I don't recommend this app until the developers fix these serious issues.

I had a very bad experience with UrbanPro. They keep saying “buy premium to get student details”, so I purchased the premium plan for ₹590. But after paying, they only gave me 500 coins. These coins got deducted just for checking 3–4 student details, and now I can’t respond to any more students. My so-called premium membership is of no use now, because they are scammers. Basically, after paying once, you’re forced to keep spending more money. This is a money trap

It is one of the worst app for tutor. I just wasted my money and time on it. I would suggest others also not to use this app. After buying coins when I send my interest to the student profile for teaching coins are deducted but get no feedback from the student. Students do not even pick the calls. The app is just a scam to make others fool and earn money from them. I don't want to give even 1 star to this. It's just to post my review I have to give 1 star. I just hate this app.

This app is very disappointing. They charge high fees from tutors without guaranteeing real leads or students. Most of the leads turn out to be fake or inactive, and there is no proper refund policy. Support is also unhelpful and only pushes you to buy higher plans. Feels more like a money-making platform for them rather than genuinely helping teachers and students connect. Not recommended.

Very poor app . No students can you actually. Coins used very high . Not got even single student. Even after upgrading to pro no one is attending the call . Many of them are tutor and looking for students. Then too I am getting my coins deducted if it is a tutor , Why ? Such a bakwas app , not user friendly.

I have taken the Gold Membership, but my experience with the platform has been very disappointing. Most of the enquiries are displayed inaccurately. For example, the app shows that the enquiry is for online classes, but when I contact the parents or students, they say they are looking for offline classes. As a result, my coins are getting wasted. Additionally, some requirements that are already fulfilled still appear as open in the app, and again, coins are being unnecessarily deducted.
