I have purchased one course from utkarsh classes .The videos of the classes is not working properly. The video is getting stopped after every 2 or 3 seconds. Please improve app functions so that I can watch the videos. A lot of time get wasted for watching a single video. Please improve it. A single video of 1:30 hr I am unable to watch as it gets started buffering after 2 or 3 seconds.It is breaking the flow of my study .The course I have purchased is of shivshakti batch . Please improve it.

all good about the app but if a separate subject course will be available it would be more beneficial for the student. because of 1 subject student has to purchase the whole course and it's will be waste of money. I want to add one thing sometimes when we open app it's take more time as usual and shows timed out. I can not provide my contact number but I have purchased your graduation level cet course. Instead of online classes, they uploaded the return record course and cheated us By taking this Rajasthan gk course, both my money and time will be wasted. None of the classes are on the scheduled time and what was said is not being done. I am very sad about this.

total useless app. i purchased a course and try to watch video but it take upto 25 minutes to load, after that if I skip few minutes then again I need to wait for 10 minutes. useless, please don't trust, don't install and don't buy any course. if you ignore you will definitely cry.

dear technical team When we try to download a class, it gets downloaded halfway and then it cannot be downloaded further and gets removed from downloading. This has happened at least 8-10 times today. Please pay attention to this matter. Thank you.

the helpline team was not taking anything serious because I wrote every time the issue they will give me the same answer when I ask for the syllabus of the class 8 has been changed they show they cannot do anything and I am very disappointed by centre control because the helpline people are humble and good but no centre control people...
