The app does a really bad job at showing relevant search results. For example, I'll search for a station within the Gothenburg area that I've searched for many times before, yet somehow the top 5+ results show me stations that are over 50km away. It's incredibly frustrating sometimes, especially since it used to work just fine in the old Reseplaneraren app.

The app works pretty well, havent had any issues with using my card on the app nor with it being able to pull up stops but only after I've looked up where I want to go on google maps to get the stop names. Also it's in English and I cannot for the life of me change it to Swedish which (as a swede) would make my life easier in finding the stops and where to go. I checked the settings and it does not have an general button to get to languages, only card settings. its highly frustrating.

It got worst. Now the app goes offline all the time. I buy a ticket and after a while the app goes offline displaying a message that the service at the moment is not available... Well if a controller comes I cannot even show my ticket, it's gonna be fun. But the worse is that I cannot check what bus I need to take and when. Not even their website is working. Such a shame considered how expensive a ticket is. Now I understand all the people that are not paying.

Really good and useful app. Well written. The integration between maps and app are excellent. The app gives accurate timings for journeys including walking at both ends. It gives platform information with accurate timings. Excellent overall.

The app works great, but please add some kind of short distance tickets. I often only need 2 or 3 stops and paying the same as going somewhere for 90min isn't great...

Intuitive enough, does it's job Xcellent with no frills. Could, maybe, be a bit more visually enticing for the TikTok gen. But I'm totally fine with this. One possible improvement could be a 'Click-on-the-zones' to see a corresponding map?
