Used to love the app but now they have taken away a bunch of the optimisation options and the checklist. It's hard to edit your videos on the app now. I don't even get an enter key so I can move to the next line, I just get a tick that saves. This recent update has made me not want to use it any more. I was going to pay for it too but at this point I won't bother. Not to mention that when I click the help button, it does nothing.

If there was a way to not have picked the star to write. I would have chose. The issue that I've had that wasn't resolved was when after I made a payment, I wanted to switch to the free plan. I no longer wanted to keep paying, I couldn't switch which seemed to be sketchy of a no trust zone. It give off scam if I'm not in control to make changes. Something needs to change, every time I see no change I will continue to keep writing.

I am giving this a low rating because if you have multiple channels that you are trying to grow. it won't happen because it is only letting you you do your main channel. it's useless as a app for your your phone because there's no option to switch to a different channel on the phone app. this needs to be fixed asap if you do that I will go back and rerate your app accordingly to how it does.

I'm a premium subscriber but won't be for long. Missing features : 1. Suggesting hashtags. 2. Copy all tags for use in another video. 3. Rating of description, hashtags and tags. 4. Editing and suggesting best end screens. 5. Identify and fix wrong settings - for example, video language or title language, etc. 6. Android Mobile version has a bug that doesn't allow rewriting description.

I have one suggestion - please make a few essential tools like Al Chat and basic analytics free for limited daily use (for example, 10 times per day).
