Stupid app. Be careful, after you join the Sky Joy, which reverse last name and first name, your name in the app is updated with wrong order. And Vietjet have a good opportunity to ask you pay money to change the name on the ticket. And they said it is Sky Joy fault I don't know. And you are never free enough to claim anything cause they never pick up the phone. Terrible and stupid tech. Vulture Airline.

Doesn't open. waste of time. The website let me delay payment for a booking l made. later that day there are NO links to pay my existing booking. impossible so l had to let it expire. Then when l come to re book the price had gone up a lot. Totally not happy! And the flight l once had from HCMC to Saigon was a disaster! The ground crew didn't bring the steps for 45 minutes. All delays put me in rush hour traffic. Free bus transfer dropped me off on a busy road many Kms from my hotel.

I'm sure for Vietnamese people it works, as a foreigner, just don't use this app. No English translation, sign up for whatever, doesn't work. Save yourself the hassle, just check in at the airport, get your boarding pass and fly.

Easy to register and book flights on this app. Good price, flights of VietJet were safety, smooth and comfortable. Aircraft were modern, clean and clearly maintained. I saw Pilots and Cabin Crew were professional and knowledgeable. Moveover, customer service team was also supportive if i had issues in booking process.

This app constantly have issues processing credit card payments. worked one day then not the next. sometime it can not validate your address. Terrible app.

When credit card payment fails: Use a VPN (e.g. European IP address) to resolve the issue. Payment did not work directly from a Korean Wifi, only via VPN.
