I was so excited as a Viet Kieu to have a Vietnam Airlines flight for the first time ever. This app is extremely behind and dysfunctional. I'm unable to even login because of the weirdest and abnormal error "Telephone number must start with O, please check again." It's almost like the developers are sabotaging the app because this in no way makes sense, and this isn't even an error code that would show up. I had to book through Chase Bank, and I recommend others go through theirs.

Very buggy App. We have flights booked with Vietnam Airlines. Every single time in the App you have to add the booking number and name to find the flights. I could do the same on the Web. The App sometimes freezes also. Checking in on the international flights buggy. Seats paid for and selected when booking. 3 months later when trying to check in online the screen says next page you can make payment for seats. So we gave up and lined up for 1 hour to check in. Use a 5 star airline.

WORST ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE CHECK-IN. when I'm headed to the airport and I'm trying to check in I don't have time to give you all of the information that you already have on my account. You really need to fix this because it's absolutely abysmal. I've been flying Vietnam airlines since 2018 and this is my worst experience, because of your horrible app

The most weird application I have ever used. what for you included in booking hotels, but can't provide quality service for flight tickets? I have bought one and I see it nowhere in the application. do you really think I want to look for my flight every time instead of opening "your journey" and getting all the details instantly?

Terrible experience twice. Couldn't pay at the end with several different cards. The app won't work properly on android as well.

I do not see any of my booked flights in my profile! Useless app when I have to search my email, just to find when is my flight scheduled.
