Very bad app . Very slow. 50% Times it will generate ticket before payment process is over and then the ticket status will be on hold . In the meantime the payment goes through . They will call you for hold status booking payment after few hours and there is no confirmed booking . Had to call them and cancell and book again . Over all very bitter experience. Many times . Also boarding pass will not be generated in time . May be it is going down like others .

Useless app of hopeless airlines. Customer support number not working (invalid number). The app and website are forcing customer to choose seats if want to do web check-in. If you do auto seat allocation, then you do not get boarding pass on email, though the final page of web check-in wizard says you would receive boarding pass on email. If there is a possibility of giving less than one star rating please?

Firstly, I don't know whats wrong with the app but I cant log in, no matter how much I try. Secondly, I booked a direct flight to my destination, and the flight was cancelled twice. Now after both rhe changes I have to travel a day late and the flight is NOT a direct flight. Only y'all know if this will get cancelled too or not. Thankyou spicejet for such an awesome experience. I am NEVER booking through your airline again.

Booked tkts on weekend so there is no hazard for a working day inconvenience. But spicejet cancelled 12th Oct flight after few notifications already about altering the travel time, but then simply mapped our whole family to a flight after 2days. and worst is they simply sent a message at 11pm about cancellation of early morning flight in next day. How irresponsible is this. No call before rescheduling my journey to ask what's the convenient timing for that day in their available schedules too.

Most Pathetic User Navigation, keeps redirecting and half the time payments also don't go through, forcing you to wait for a refund. The next page doesn't load properly and most of the interface works only after multiple clicks irritating the customer to the brink. Reflects the poor performance of the airlines especially with their low standards, harassing passengers on minor issues, flight cancellations and no intimation/ no redressal at any level. Bad attitude and behaviour of staff to add on.

Wanted to give -1 bit as that is not possible so had to give 1. Very poor customer experience. They are changing time of flight without telling proper reasoning, no other alternative options were provided, rude behavior of customer service desk, no seniors are available to address the issue. Will never recommend anyone to take spicejet. They are just wasting time of customers by putting them on hold for 30 min, & after that call hold of 21 min then I had to cut the call as no one there to talk
