package options are bad. you pick one the next thing will be the connection is bad. yet your data will be drained 10 times more than in EU. Your top up disappears randomly and out of nowhere vanishes all your several GBs of remaining internet. the app crashes, the ai acts dumb and only knows 3 sentences (all to sell smthng lame). if you to buy a new package, it does not accept your money. then it does. then you dont get the package.you retry it takes your money but still you dont get the package

the internet is slow and they try to pry money from their users all of the time. let's say you want to make a mobile payment, they ask for monthly payment so you can be able to do so. they send incorrect billing and force their users to pay more, and their customer service is unhelpful.

Even though the app was installed it doesn't want to open. I got a new password but it didn't work. After re-installing the app can't be opened. It's useless

I only want Internet from the gift wheel but it usually gives me things like gift card, I DON'T EVEN USE THOSE DAMN THINGS I ONLY USE INTERNET. WHY THESE DAMN THINGS WORK LIKE THE PAY TO WIN ROBLOX GAME WHEELS?! Vodafone if you ever see my review please make a higher chance of getting internet on the gift wheel cuz I think ppl don't give a damn abt other things at all. (Edited part: what I mean in the 'pay to win roblox game wheels' I mean those cashgrab things does anyone get it?
