VSee Clinic is a simple, secure way for you to hold a telehealth consultation with your provider from anywhere. VSee Clinic allows HIPAA-compliant chat and video calls. It’s encrypted, so your patient health data is secure.

Seeing your doctor is easy with VSee Clinic. You can schedule a consultation or “walk in” without an appointment. You can also make credit card payments, review your visit history, and read your doctor’s notes – all from your Android device.

Terrible connectivity issues. I have good internet, but despite that, I lost video/sound feed during an appointment with a doctor once, restarted it, then it happened AGAIN. The app kept acting like the call was going through and counting the elapsed time, but neither of us could see anything other than a black screen. They had to call my cellphone to finish the appointment. After reading the other comments, seems like the app needs work. It's not very reliable.

02/09/24-Over 2 years later and still can't use the app on chromebook. Works fine direct on the website version.. Worked fine until the recent update. Now I can't even type in the provider room code in the box. I found a way to copy and paste it in. The call connected though I couldn't see my provider on cam or see my cam. We only had audio. These are new issues as I said, it worked fine prior to the update.

I was trying to use this app for my first appointment with a provider, one I really need to see. It immediately started lagging and repeatedly disconnecting from the call. I had a strong signal and this never happens with my other video call apps. As a result of this app I now have to wait two more weeks to see this provider in person. I'm so very disappointed. I never would have scheduled a telehealth appt had I known how poorly this app would work.

This is the worst app ever. So many issues with connectivity. Doesn't matter if I restart the app, my phone, connected to wifi, or using data. It doesn't work. It only worked for 2 appointment and then it went to poop. I know how to use a phone and video calling. This makes me want rage quit and throw my phone and the nearest wall. Shame on the company! Avoid using at all costs. Using snail mail would vs more efficient than this POS.

it's very simple to login to. Nobody needs the extra hassle when they're trying to see their doctor. But most importantly, the connection is always solid. I've been using this for a couple of years now and I've never had a meeting drop! Again nobody wants the extra hassle when they've already got to go see the doctor. The absolute definition of a mobile app: it does what it's supposed to reliably and simply!

Halfway through an appointment (in the browser) my session was closed and I was told I needed to download the app since the browser I was using "was not compatible". I did download it, but only because I was forced to. People's healthcare should NEVER be limited by forcing them to install an app. This is immoral. I missed valuable time with my provider dealing with losing the session halfway through. What if someone don't have a smartphone? I'm giving it two stars because at least it works.
