500 characters are not enough to fully articulate the problems I have with this app, so I'll give a short run-down. They make it difficult to log in, they throw unwanted ads in your face, the app itself regularly freezes or fails to load, and they force you to save a payment method, when maybe I'd rather just input my information manually. Bottom line, I only use this to pay my bill, but Verizon acts like they don't want my money. Avoid this if you can.

I'm going to join the MANY 1 star reviews, because I, like others, had auto pay, and all of my account information RANDOMLY shut off, and alongside that, my discount as well, and it wasn't due to insufficient funds, there was more than enough funds, it just stopped. When I tried to re-enter my account information, it won't accept the account information, even though it's the same information I was using before, in which auto-pay had been successfully working for several months.

Terrible. It used to feel like a maze to find the "make payment" page, but at least it had the convenience of saving my payment info for a quick payment. Then, awhile back they made it easier to find the "make payment" page, but it no longer keeps my payment info saved, so i have to manually input it every single time. and for the past 10 days the app just throws error messages at me, and isnt working at all. You'd think Verizons higher prices would translate to a better app. Nope.

This app is so glitchy. A little while ago, I tried to make a payment. I kept getting an error message. The payment appeared to have not processed. It did. While waiting, I got 3 consecutive notifications from my bank. Upon checking them, I quickly closed the app. I'm assuming that while the app was thinking, it was submitting my payment request over and over and over. That is just one of a plethora of issues. Honestly, the app functions as if it's an abandoned project.

This is one of the worst apps to simply log in. Everything moves to digital, AI, and you can't speak to a human being anymore to help. I'm forced to use the app for EVERYTHING BUT IT NEVER LETS ME LOG IN. Almost everyday I log into an app for services I need to pay, it won't let me. Wrong password. Doesn't matter if you reset it. It's good the day you reset, but not any other day. You will have to reset your password every log in.

Having multiple issues with the app. Can't seem to redeem my access offers. After I hit the redeem button it takes me +play and says Can't show subscriptions. I did manage to redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket but now I can't get the "Get it now" button. I spent 2 hrs on the line yesterday with Verizon, getting very frustrated. I have been with then for more then 25 years. What a mess this is.
