The connection between the bracelet and my android is dropped multiple times a day despite the two items being constantly within 5-7 feet of each other. Periodically I'm unable to reestablish the link and am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app in an attempt to reconnect the two. *Note to Developers: It would also be nice to have the option to switch from military time to a 2-12 hour setting. HOWEVER, CONNECTIVITY IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE!!!

This was great when first got it. It connected to the app easily. Tracked my sleep better than my phone. Apparently you can only calibrate your blood pressure once so don't estimate. But when I had to download the app again it wouldn't connect anymore. It finds my band, says it is connected but immediately after says it's not connected when i try to use it. It doesn't even update the time on the band so I can't even use it as a simple watch and stepometer without the app which I would be fine.

Junk Worked for about a week. Except it wouldn't allow me to change the weather from.Celsius to Fahrenheit. Now it won't connect at all. Although I get a repeated message that says "connect success! " I've tried everything. Nothing has worked. Even the time varies from 15 min slow to 1 hour slow. Cannot change that either..waste of money. I've tried getting support yet no response.

The shipment date on my watch is 10/26/2018. The watch and my phone no longer communicate. The connection died several days ago on 10/03/2019. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions on the information form I received with the shipment. I have left the watch plugged in for 24 hours to make sure it's charged. I have allowed it to go to 0 charge. I have restarted my phone. I've gone through every update possible. I purchased another brand for half the price and it's more accurate! Zero

Seems to be what I'm looking for but it kept making my wristband continuously disconnect and reconnect every 5-20 seconds there for being annoying with the constant vibrating and not being able to read my readings within the app making your app very useless. I see great potential but with this problem I can't tolerate it if at all possible please fix it in the next update. Also I had got a call but it only ring didn't say who called or even that I had missed a call

This app is not working. It's connected to the band, but it does not load the info from the band. If I try to refresh the app, it simply shuts down. I have tried resetting it, disconnecting and connecting the band all over again, but it didn't make a difference. The band doesn't actually read my pulse, it just counts my steps and acts as a watch. To be honest, I'm disappointed.
