Not user-friendly at all. There are too many pop-up windows. The first wants your credit card info. You have to touch a tiny spot in the upper corner to actually continue. Once signed in, it's not blank. It's like it's somebody elses app. It is nearly impossible to change the bday without scrolling through years. It's set in cm & kg, and you can't change that in settings. It's just an awful app. In the past, I now know why i paid so much for a fitbit... It's seamless to use.

Blue tooth only works for like 2 minutes, then it disconnects. Very annoying. It took forever to even get it to show up in my Bluetooth in order to connect. I had to turn it off and on several times before it was even listed. The watch itself seems to work okay. But I am definitely not happy with the connection issue. Like right now it's connecting, then disconnecting then connecting and disconnecting... I don't know what the issue is and the settings are basically non-existent.

Needs Major Improvement. Does not keep track of things more than one day. The device constantly goes off, but you don't know why. The app does not record it. By the time you look at the screen, it's black. Phone and device don't always sync. Most things you can convert into metrics but a few items you can't. I agree with many of the other reviewers about issues.

Alarms- you cannot name the alarms and I have not found a way to delete them besides just turning them off. Heart rate monitor- I can get live readings, but the app does not record my heart rate throughout the day. Steps- records on the watch, but not on the app. Sleep- ehh from what I see, it does not appear to be accurate. Overall- watch is great as a med reminder, but you are better off going with something else if you want it to do more than that.

For two days now I am trying to set up and synchronize the app with no luck but lots of wasted time. Everytime I try to set, it takes me to the beginning. It managed to post my photo but failed to change my user's name. The most horrible and time-wasting is the attempt to inter your age. For someone my age, I have to rewind 72 year, one month at a click; need lots of clicks and tons of patience.

Seriously the worst. Within a few weeks of use, the watch stopped taking my temperature, saying I was always "Lo", and the ambient temperature was always 0°C. The watch doesn't automatically update to the app, so every day you have to open the app and manually check your stats. There's no way that I can find to get long-term records on sleep, or step tracking. You only get the stats for the day that you open the app. Also, it doesn't remember your preferences more than a few days. I'd do 0 stars
