it's a great app. Got the chance to meet really good people but the downsides are it's quite expensive and couldn't share any personal details(even though it's for th safety reasons) after getting close with the person no way to share the personal details. otherwise the app is great.

I appreciate the services provided by the Clarity app. The initial ₹49 recharge plan was quite accessible and beneficial. However, the subsequent recharge option of ₹160 seems significantly higher, which might be challenging for many users, especially students and individuals with limited financial resources. If more affordable plans are introduced, I would be happy to update my rating to 5 stars.

Issue with app notifications. When a listener messages or calls the app overrides the default ring and continues to ring even when muted. App development team please fix this. It's very irritating when you're at work and receive a call or even a message and phone keeps ringing in spite of silencing the phone using the phone buttons. Fix it and I'm ready to give a 5 star rating, coz I've had a wonderful experience on the app so far.

I worked as a listener on this app. I started working on August 13, 2025. 40% of the recharge was added to the listeners wallet. On September 6, I was unnecessarily banned without any genuine reason. Then on October 13, HR called and said that they were taking back all the listeners. When I called the users for three days, the call volume of the users had already dropped significantly. The payment of listeners was reduced by 13%. Mail has not been delivered to Clarity, no response from any. 👎

its was very usful app to singe and all The app is very useful and supportive. But during verification calls, I noticed that only English is used. I know Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi, but still they only speak in English. The problem is, not every user understands English. It will be much better if the verification team also gives users the option to communicate in Indian languages. This will make the app more comfortable and inclusive for everyone. Please consider this request.

yeah! it's a good app. The only thing I don't like about this app is their charges are too high. 18/min for voice call and chat and 32/min for video calls is way more expensive especially for students,because it is mostly students who would converse and share their problems freely with anonymity.
