Not same price as Skyscanner showed. Did not like that add ons were just added. The site is hard to use. H5f opefully, you haven't taken the payment twice. And now I can't get off this screen. Got to be the worst site to try and book a simple flight.

rude and aggressive staff. from my interactions with the staff and then the complaints departments, the airline does not view the customer experience nor degnity as an important aspect of their service. expect to be intergogated by the baggade people at every step of boarding, up to the final flight gate, and shook down for more money. so dont buy from duty-free unless you have extra weight.

so bad this airline and the staff at check-in counters deplorable as well. easyjet or Ryanair (even though they're bad) they are 10 times better than this rip-off airline. airplane conditions extremely bad as well .

My experience with Air Arabia on flight 3L401 to Alexandria on October 4, 2025, was deeply frustrating. I checked in at 8:00 PM, then a delay notice pushing departure to 11:30 PM. later, another update moved it to 2:00 AM. There was no clear explanation and absolutely no meaningful support from customer service. I arrived in my home country exhausted at 7:00 AM the following morning. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Passengers deserve better.

i paid 1025dh and cancel they didn't give me back any dirham also when I order again I tell them in email I mistakes in passager name they say okay but it have been 30 and there is no reply!!

good, but point earning is bit hard , when I go loged in account through app , why asking email to point earning , and contact details , contact details as who own the aap , and I have no option to see or edit my profile
