GARBAGE!!! PURE WASTE OF MONEY!!! THROWING IT IN THE TRASH!!!! Update to reviewer question ... the app emphasizes marketing over functionality. The device will not connect at all. The only operational element to the device is the informational startup screen on the TV that says to download the particular app for the device you're using. Install the app, the phone won't connect, and screen mirroring never happens. GARBAGE!! No one should waste money on the device or their time with the app.

The connectivity isn't my issue. What I have issue with is ads for an app for a device that you pay for. And even that doesn't bother me too much. I understand there are ongoing costs and a banner ad may help the product's longevity. All good with that. What I have an issue with and is frankly unforgivable is a full screen ad that pops up almost whenever you switch between apps (which is required when connecting the device). These ads are not vetted either most - were actual scams to steal PII.

For several years, EZMira was easy to use and connect with. Now, with whatever updates they've added, it always takes more than 5 minutes to figure out how to connect. And even when it does connect, it shares the tablet screen - UNTIL you start to play a movie. Then, it mirrors only the audio, and you can't see the video. Useless.

Extremely difficult to use, very confusing instructions, will uninstall. Thank you for your response but you are incorrect. I have had it connected several times with audio and video from TV. However, connitivity is sporadic at best. If I uninstall and reinstall, it will work untill the next time I attempt to connt. To be efficient, connection should be more automatic. There are other comments similar to mine so I know I am not the only one with this issue. I will find another app.

Every so often, the app goes into pause and requires you to press resume to reconnect. Very annoying. Please add a setting to disable this behavior. Miracast device behaves this way as well. I am using a 2.8 amp adapter for power. This pause occurs every 45 minutes like clockwork. This indicates a timed event built into the app. The worst of it is, I can't find the "resume" button anywhere. I have to disconnect and reconnect to continue.

Complete waste of time spent with this piece of crappy tech. I hope you are reading this before buying so you can NOT buy it. Killed a few hours trying to translate the scant instructions into actions. Even tried the cut/paste reply the seller keeps posting. Nope, just another waste of time.. The instructions don't correspond to the actual device -which does not itself work. Returning item and hoping to get my money back. The time spent trying to get a simple connection to this piece of crappy plastic is gone forever. Don't waste yours trying.
