LE: Minus 5 stars. Horrible experience. We have no power to unassign an order, or cancel one, or anything else. Pickup times and delivery times are so bad, we need to travel back in time to keep up with them. Nobody takes responsibility. The word "partner" should be used only when there is a partnership. You get banned for declining bad orders, you are always coming with money from home. There is no actual support when it comes to financial discrepancies. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

The worst app in the world. Frequently they do not find gps, the app struggles to navigate courrier properly and crashed regularly in the recent times. App development team should test the app properly and make it usable for phone versions and android. The algorithm does not work in the way it should. The app in 2022 was great. Now sometimes the tasks are not coming for 2-3 hours even I am moving closer to venues. The money is being added so late even the delivery dropped off done a while ago.

This app is not up to mark. Day by day It's getting worst. In every 2/3 days the bugs appear in this app and does not work smoothly. And the most important thing is the support does not response in time. They always very late to response. Once they replied my text after 2 days. This is not acceptable.

I am reading the commentaries and hope this are bots or payed actors from another competive serivce. I didn't even yet started my work yet. But I had already bad expirance from Lieferando app, leading me to give up the work after 3 days. I was so happy to get hired by wolt...but now I am scared, that the app might affect my functionality in the execution of my job. I will see soon on my first day..I hope this isn't the case.

I absolutely adore delivering via Wolt, but the worst part of it is using this app. Let's be honest, this app ain't working quite at all. I mean like 50% of time I ride my bike, the other 50% I suffer waiting for this piece of [wonderful application] to start working. Please, please, please, do something with it! Every single time I update it I'm praying that now this thing finally will be working well, but very single time I dissapoint... Bug fixes? It's all made of bugs. Still Wolt's the best.

One of the worst app ever because if it's10 min late delivery we have to chat every time to customer service they won't respond and if the food or be beverage was damaged then there is no customer chat available wasting time of delivery person finally this food delivery app won't increase there sales. The app makes frustration this app automatically cancel the delivery orders there is lot of technical glitch &bad features performance the app. I hope this is one of the worst app the Poland.
