when it works it is great. most of the time tho it doesn't and my both of my kids phones have problems. also so many bugs and so many unnecessary notifications. one of the phones the app keeps needing "repaired" and while it's needed that it has absolutely no coverage making sure they are safe online. I do the repair and reset up the phone and it works for about an hour. I paid for the yearly subscription and I'm cancelling after fighting with it for almost a year now.

Love the idea of this, but it's not accurate. I can have a 20+ minute conversation with the person who I'm monitoring and it will say "phone

The concept of this app is great but the execution is terrible. 80% of the time it doesn't register any of my kids' activity, even after trying to refresh the device within the app, force stop the app or even uninstalling and reinstalling...and really, if I'm paying $10 a month for a service, I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall every day for it to work less than half the time. Even blocking apps doesn't work the majority of the time. It's extremely pricey for it to have so many bugs. We will be uninstalling after our paid month is up, and we will find an app that actually works and does what it's supposed to do. It's also VERY obvious that they have paid for 5 star reviews. Look at the user names and review content.

Overall, the app works OK, but has its quirks that limit how useful it can be. The biggest issue, however, is they have been billing me monthly even though I purchased an annual license at the end of my trial period. In other words, I paid for a year up front and they continued to charge me the monthly license on top of that. So far they have refused to refund the double payments. Buyer beware.

It's a trial for the most basic of services, and it expired insanely quickly. Can't find someone's phone due to the expiration, so the app is worthless. There are hundreds of free options that can do the same, and some with trials that don't immediately lock you out afterward. You think at least the basic tracking would be allowed, but no everything is locked. App isn't worth your time unless you have a big family I guess, move along.

Terrible! It worked decently for the first week, then continually disconnected from my child's phone. I could only get the program to reconnect by uninstalling and reinstalling on everyone's phones...a couple of days later...same thing. Also the real time location is not real time at all! I updates every 3 - 5 minutes. I had paid for a full year's prescription and used only for two months. Still haven't been able to get my money back. I would not recommend! If you are worried about your child downloading apps, you can go to the Play Store and select parental controls and lock your child out and preventing app downloads without your permission. I would not recommend this software.
