I've had a premium account for over a year, and now, since this most recent update, I can no longer export my video, it gets to about 80% and kicks me back to editing. I'm a YouTuber that, has not missed a scheduled upload until today in two years. All day, I've been replacing files in the video project for fear something was corrupted, I've deleted all unnecessary files from my phone to free up 35 gigs of Hard drive space, I've closed all apps running in the background, nothing works.

It's glitchy & it doesn't always save the drafts?! 😭 So upsetting and I'm paying for this too!?? When I'm trying to edit captions it moves around, adds random letters, refuses to delete letters, or skips out on words & letters I'm actively trying to type in. Then I worked on stuff and opened the next time & that work isn't there anymore. It doesn't save. 😭😭😭 I haven't used it as much to know what other issues there are, but this is already frustrating. I paid to get frustrated?? #4907218

I love this app, but right now, there is a bug where it just shuts down after opening. There was an update, but it didn't fix the issue. Now, the app is unusable without another update. I've cleared the cache, and nothing helps. Just last month, the app wouldn't locate pictures.... I paid for a full year, and I buy extra credits. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I can't even message support because the app won't stay up long enough.

Wish I could do zero stars! Just canceled my subscription after a few years, but when you can't even export your edited video after several hours of troubleshooting, on top of wasted time getting around bugs that cause edits to not stay it's time to move on! Thanks Filmora for completely crippling your software with the last update. Will never use your software again, and anyone reading this do not waste your time or money!

I tried adding a song I just downloaded to my video, and Filmora couldn't find it in any of my files. What is the point of trying to add songs or sound effects if Filmora doesn't accept any of the audio files you downloaded? Within seconds I just downloaded a song, an MP3 file, which is supported by Filmora, and the app couldn't locate the recently downloaded file. There is no reason to download this incapable piece of video editing software, when it doesn't support "supported" files.

I wish I had known I wouldn't have subscribed for Pro AI. I only did a video less than 7 seconds, and all my credits are gone. Now it's demanding an upgrade, I feel like you are deceiving people. How can you pay for something, and then you don't get to use it even once. can you please reverse my payment, I loved filmora, but now it's turning ugly. We can't just throw away money like that.
