Top-tier thesaurus, and the app is totally worth the price tag. However, I believe the Dictionary app should most definitely be combined with this. I'd still not hesitate to pay the combined price tag, if the reason they remain separate is to not deter people from purchasing something that's marked higher, than the higher likelihood someone choosing to buy an app labeled half price. Hope there will be a future option to incorporate both, for the seamless experience this has potential to be

Perfect companion to the dictionary, with all the same pros: no ridiculous ongoing fee, offline, simple. and a brilliant thesaurus to boot. I'll echo someone else's comments re integration with the other apps in the suite. It would be ideal to have these merged into a single all, or a single click-through to each other. There is integration of some sort that the moment - searching for word x can be accessed with a few click in the dictionary, eg. But its a bit clunky. Still, excellent overall.

Gaining deeper insight and knowledge of the everyday language we use helps us to enliven our communication skills and gain deeper insight into the words we use and hear everyday. This is a home Library keeper! I use it often to see the various nuances of a word I come across in news articles and magazines that peak my attention to understand more fully what the author is saying. In a speech I heard the word 'diabolical' mentioned. Pure evil. The Chambers Thesaurus is a great learning tool.

I'm sure it's me, but I find the Chambers Dict and Thesaurus (both Pro) almost impossible to navigate without Wordweb - which is fine I suppose but everything falls apart when I need to search from online editors - which is most of the time. Integration with Twitter is good but other apps are persnickety.

My absolute favourite thesaurus app. Fast responses, easy to use, has far more content than competitors. Price tag is excellent. No stealthy ads. I have repurchased this on multiple devices. Nothing better than this one for me.

I have been using WordWeb digital dictionary for years. It's the best of its kind. Chambers Thesaurus is a great complement to the dictionary. You can open the thesaurus from within the WordWeb dictionary or as an independent app. It is just as good as the dictionary and is great value for money.
