It works, but it's so unorganized. It takes me 3 clicks just to clock in. My paystubs, weeks hours, internal job postings, pretty much anything you'd need at the ready are all buried under menu after menu. The app makes you set up a passcode (which I like) but it expires after 30 days. It also makes you change your password every so often which is extremely annoying. The first and foremost function of this app (for my business purposes) is to clock in and clock out but it makes it take too long.

I have NEVER been able to clock in using this app. Every time, I get " Sorry. something's gone wrong." EVERY SINGLE TIME! A 100% failure rate is totally unacceptable. Not to mention the constant password and pin changes. I have less password changes in my other job, and I'm in IT for healthcare. It's the worst app I've had the displeasure of using.

This app is getting better, but it's still bad. I think it gave me Cancer, that's how bad it is!! The biometric options to use your fingerprint and doesn't work because it doesn't remember that you enabled it. navigation has improved, including stability. but it is a chore to constantly have to get a text message every single time you want to use the app. It doesn't remember if you gave it the option to remember your login information.

Does not remember login credentials. And if your phone uses biometrics, the app says it's enabled, but it never works with them. Have to verify my device every single time I login. So far this app is more inconvenient than it should be. Also, not sure what calendar import they use but it's not compatible with Google calendars.

Terrible app. It never successfully saves my password, so I need to enter it every time. "Stay signed in" literally does nothing. My latest issue is the fact that it constantly asks me to verify my identity via a text message, but I never receive the actual text. Not being able to review my pay stub on payday is a critical flaw.

App is very poor quality. The log in is annoying, what is the point of clicking "stay logged in" if it doesn't actually do anything. The app just recently added the option to log in with biometrics, which i was very excited about. but every time I use it, I have to log in anyway. Now its just another step to a now 5 step log on process.
