Transferred amount to the mentioned account but not able to enter the transaction details in the app , submit button is not working. Zero customer support . Trying to figure out whom to contact from past 2 days. I guess my money is gone now. I have been trying to get in touch with you . Only your chat bot is available. How do we get in touch with you guys . Or kindly refund the money that has been put into your account.

Worst app ever! WazirX is a complete scam. I am unable to withdraw 34% of my funds and there is zero customer support. No phone number, no working email, no live chat, and their website doesn’t even work. Once they take your money, you are completely helpless. Stay away from this app — it is unsafe, unreliable, and feels like a fraud.

You should add more deposit options like Google pay , phone pay etc, now the deposit is made through only mobiwik. And you should add payment and withdraw mode without any gateway fees too. Other apps don't take gateway fees like coinswitch kuber. But the app is good for trading.

UPI transaction doesn't works in it , I didn't even get option for UPI transaction. I've emailed them 4 5 times.. No proper response. Lots of money wasted in it. Hope atleast now they'll help me or else no option other than uninstall it and download some other crypto app which works on UPI

Worst app Unable to use app during bull run because they are not able to resolve their cyber attack issue which happened 2-3 months ago I wish I had never invested my money though this app start trading back again it's been more than a year now and services haven't been resumed yet our money is stuck we wanna take it out

This app has completely failed its users. Withdrawals are blocked with no proper explanation and no clear solution. My money is stuck and there is zero accountability from the team. Customer support gives no real answers, only delays. A platform that doesn’t let users access their own funds cannot be trusted.
