Poor in every way. -UI is clunky -have to submit bank statements to be able to withdraw money. The first attempt was rejected due to 'lack of bank statement attached', however it was attached. It took another 24hrs for them to re-accept. Slow and tiresome. -no referral reward as I barely missed the 2000 user limit. So I signed up for nothing. -will be closing my account, back to trading 212.

Pin login doesn't work. After a couple of days it requires login with email and password. It's also a bit less readable than the desktop version. Edit: this still doesn't work. I gave itanother chance and got logged out again after some time. Edit: I'm running into errors with the most basic things. The app has an error message "error"... very helpful. There's just too many bugs.

Abnormally slow and loading, when I want to close a position sometimes. Because of this I use half of my earnings... Today it's not working again as yesterday, can't open my trades, can't close them. You should build it more stable as it is a trading app

xtb is actually a good trading platform the problems is on the chats we can not see our entry positions inorder to see if you are in profit or in loss you have to scroll down look for the position details but on the charts you can not see the other thing which is not clear is if xtb and xStation are 1 app this confuses people some will even download mt5 or mt4 trying to link them , xtb should also give us a platform that we can analyse the makert with which offers a better view of makert

Awful. This happens when you pay celebrities to promote your product, which is low quality. Attract many people with that marketing trick, and don't care much about the actual experience. The app goes into maintenance almost every Friday from 23:00 to 05:00, so if you have open positions on crypto you can say bye to profit and hope for the best. I used Meta Trader 5 and not even once they stopped me from day trading.

Sorting in watchlists is truly missing (-*). Why no changelog? I would love to learn what's changed (-*). UI issues - you are unable to see meaningful portion of name of instrument in Hot section. You see max first 6 letters. Otherwise, you need to go to details of instrument (-*).
