Horrible service!! Unnecessary amount of notifications, and you can't turn off curtain notifications without turning off a whole part of it, so you have to continue to get unnecessary notifications. Also if it doesn't upload a post (which 3 out of 5 times it doesn't seem to), it doesn't just save to draft or pull it back up for you to retry, IT JUST DELETES THE WHOLE POST!!! WORTHLESS!!! Go to teams or something else, I'm sure they're 'under new management' with their name change but horrible.

The app is ok. I have a hard time searching and tagging people in my posts even when I search by their first and last name or last and first name. It would be helpful if the app would allow me to select from folks I follow to make it easier to tag them. Also, the keyboard feature is terrible. It's impossible to edit my wording because it flashes and kicks me far below where my wording is. I have to type out my wording in my phone's notes app then copy-paste it into Yammer.

"An error has occured, please try again in a little while". ....... This error message is pointless. Just tell me when it's going to work again or when to try again. Numerous attempts and same error. The error should just be changed to "keep trying, maybe it'll work maybe it won't but don't stop trying until your thumb falls off". This error message is just as effective but more informative. Seriously though, stop sending me alerts about new Yammer messages if it's not going to let me read.

I like the app. However, the most recent posts do not pop up first in the feed. I also found that the app causes my keyboard to go between lower and capital cases when I'm trying to type responses or post a topic. I do like how it allows me to connect to my university and all they offer. *UPDATE* I am still having the issue with the keyboard glitch even after the update. Hopefully, there will be a fix in the coming days. I still enjoy the app, it helps me stay connected.

My user experience: Minimum viable product not met. I open the app. I type my M365 work email address. I see a white screen with a rotating circular loading symbol. I then see the login screen again where I have to enter my M365 work email address again. USERS DEMANDS A SINGLE INSTANCE TO LOG IN AND WILL ASSUME THE APP IS TERRIBLE IF THERE IS NO MESSAGE SAYING THE ACCOUNT EXISTS OR PASSWORD IS CORRECT. This app is always compared to quality of Meta Workplace.
