This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage.

This app is just nonsense, I wish I could give it 0 star. Bad navigation in app map with location names. When I am almost finishing a ride and i accept new requests am not able to chart with the other rider. messages don't pop-up unless you open message. Long pickups 15 - 25 minutes when you decline too your driver score affected . in short do you guys test the driver app at all... Toy app. When will riders be notified that the driver is finishing a ride so they can decide to cancel or wait.

Yango doesn’t show the fare to the driver before picking up the passenger, which is a bad practice. And they also assign rides that are so far away that by the time the driver reaches the passenger and then the destination, only the petrol cost is covered. Yango should pay attention to these issues.

this app is very unfair to drivers, you drive long distances to pick up points just to get there and the client cancels because they don't get penalized for canceling. the distance to fare rate is terrible, your drive long distances for small money. it's safer for the passenger as compared to the driver, passengers are allowed to register with fake names. it's a good app if you wanna increase your cars mileage for data money and fuel money only.

too difficult appAfter reaching the customer's location, the customer does not receive the call. The rider travels 4 to 5 kilometers. After 10 minutes, the ride has to be canceled. They cannot wait all day. For this journey and waste of time, Yungo should give the rider a reward of Rs. 100. Otherwise, the rider's points and money are deducted. There is no option for customer response in the cancellation options and in the cancellation menu, there should be an option for the rider to write a note
