It used to be really good, but in my recent experience, had incessant missed bookings, wrong bookings, missed/late payments, especially with flights. The minimal discounts thats offered is not worth the headaches and stress that comes with it. Nonetheless, this is the last time I am using the app and website. Will likely use to screen flights and hotels, but will never again use the same to book anything (not even a pedicure for my dog!)

What the hell service you are providing. Neither the booking details are showing in the application nor I can cancel or reschedule. What the worst service? Your customer care is not reachable. I paid full amount. My trip is confirmed but not showing in the trip details. I have to reschedule or cancel but it is not reflecting. If my money is wasted, you have to pay for it. I have all the screenshot of your worst application.

Fraud!! This is a fraud app just like other hotel booking apps. In my last trip to Udaypur I booked a hotel through this app. On reaching hotel they rejected my booking and said yatra is a scam. I could not find any helpline number and the one they provided via email was also not available. I was left stranded then I paid cash in the hotel. Later got a call from yatra after 1 day. They said they will issue a refund but I never received it even after 2 months now.

Pathetic Experience! I booked a 5star property with Yatra & after 25 days I receive a call from them that Property is Sold out & they also mentioned that whole city is Sold out for my dates. When I checked their website again, I found that the same property was available but at a higher price. Even it was available on other portals like Agoda, MakeMyTrip. So they just left me stranded & cancelled my booking without any compensation for increased prices. These guys just make fool of customers.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Yatra app. I tried booking a hotel and ₹11,113 was debited from my card, but no booking was made. Even after waiting for 45 minutes, there was no confirmation. The booking doesn’t appear anywhere — not in the app, not on the website, and I didn’t even get an email confirmation. Tried calling customer care — no response. Sent an email — no reply. How can I even claim my refund if there’s no record of the booking? Pathetic service and zero support.

Same issue again...They deducted the money for two bookings so far from my account via phonepe. No confirmation or ticket. Tried getting a refund. No option to talk with a human being. I have the transaction details. But the chatbot which is so badly designed doesn't let us ask for a refund without a booking confirmation. These people are simply stealing money by not giving us an option to get a refund without booking confirmation.
