This app STILL SUCKS!!! The app crashes every single time I try and scroll down the schedule. I have tried every combination of deleting the data, the cache memory and uninstalling it and reinstall it and it keeps doing the same thing. And this isn't on an old phone, this is on a Galaxy Samsung S24 Ultra!! It would be nice if that makers actually address this issue!!!!

It's terrible in every aspect. Had to create a new account because the password wasn't working. I reset it but the app still didn't recognize it. We always have trouble accessing tickets. We have to stop at the Hotspot outside the field in order to get to them. It is difficult to find the GameDay information (Giveaway, National Anthem singer, Flyby, Honored, etc.) Also can never get to the GameDay games (Dunkin Race, Song pick, etc.). Worst of all, it consistently crashes.

This app stinks. Dec 24, game day, and the link between the app and Ticketmaster broke. Also, you can only use the concession discount app if you link a payment card. Based on how terrible the front end of this app is, there is no way I'm going to trust them to keep my payment details secure. One positive - at least this year, I can find the concession discount code.

Always buggy. Almost never able to access my tickets. I have to pray that I am able to access and then save to Google wallet IMMEDIATELY. It even now just crashed while doing that! Nice features, but only when I can access. Tried for 2 weeks to link tix to ticketmaster, although I had done it previously. Button to link accts did nothing, manage ticket buttons just flash a Bears logo, then nothing happens. There's a reason they want you to load tix on device, the app doesn't work all the time.

This app is almost as useless as the team ownership that created it. Impossible to access tickets, literally the only simple function I need from the app because the team forces this to be the only option to access them. The app is fortunate that it's impossible for anything or anyone to be more useless than the ever-incompetent McCaskeys.

This year's version of the app sucks. There's a pop up that tries to force you to sign up for exclusive deals before you can get to the landing page. You have to try MANY times to open the app before it finally lets you through.
