editing my old review because of the amount of time I've wasted in the last month using this app. i don't think anyone is reading my requests for support, or at least no one is responding. In the best of times you can get a $25 gift card every other month. By my calculations, and BEFORE my recent problem, you get about 80 cents an hour. Why use your brain and give thoughts for slave wages when you can play a mobile game for 10x the rewards? And we wonder why our society is DUMB

A waste of time I'm afraid. I took a bunch of surveys totaling at least $1.65 and looking forward to do more, only to one day find I inexplicably couldn't log in anymore, no explanation why. Emailed support, they auto-responded saying they'll look into it "as soon as possible," then silence. A month later still heard nothing and still can't log in and still no explanation why. Very disappointing. The only survey app that's ever permanently kicked me out for no reason. Beware!

I have been a user of this for years. Unfortunately, the app has had me stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I've been struggling for a month with emailing for help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still stuck with a survey that wants to view my Instagram account. I continue to receive a white screen and no way to get back. I've resorted to copying the link in my browser because the link takes me to the app, which isn't working. I like the rewards but this is frustrating.

For the better part of a year, this platform has insisted there is a problem with my account. I am a member in good standing, on the top of the percentage that consistently participate in their surveys, but they have not responded even once to my requests for help in straightening out whatever the problem supposedly is. They do, however, continue to invite me to their surveys and allow me to take them. After which they again insist there is a problem and do not credit my account !!!!!

I've had the app for a year now and I enjoyed it until recently. I've been logged out and unable to log back in. Reach out via email and contact support but no response from neither. It's disappointing that I can't seem to get a response for a minor issue, but when putting in my email to login, I get no code, but when I "create an account" under the same email, I received a code, which makes no sense. Please fix this issue as I tried numerous times to get in contact with anyone and no response.

I can't even sign in to the app properly anymore!!! In the past I have earned from this app (Amazon and UberEats gift cards because PayPal isn't an option) and this app is legit. I just don't know why I can't get back into the app now. I deleted it yesterday and will just move forward with all the other money making apps that I have. Like I never get the email about the pass code even though I gave them the right email.
