I've never once been able to use the app on PC, even after sending a help request. Most of the instructions are in Chinese and I tried using my translator app but it didn't help. Using the phone has other issues. There's no way to keep a watchlist and I'm not writing down every upcoming show I want to watch so I won't forget what it's called. I don't find the app easy to navigate and had trouble finding shows. Subscription cancelled.

First off, great content. And yes, to make it worth your time, it requires payment. Having said that, $6.99 for a month is fair and the company shouldn't have to give out their content for free. The interface is decent, BUT there's no watchlist and I really, really dislike that anything I click on automatically plays. My biggest critique is that whomever does the timing for the subtitles is off. They literally whoosh by and it is VERY hard to read them in time without the speed causing anxiety.

One of the problems I have so far is the awkward subtitles. Like 'Chef Hua' has major English subtitle problems. It looks like someone who learned English for the first time. On YouTube the subtitles for your shows are good. But for your app, the subtitles suck and it takes away the enjoyment of watching. And there's no add to the watchlist button, just a history section. I do not recommend this app because it's the worst I've seen so far. I'm canceling my subscription.

It's a great app, but the problem is that the app only has Chinese movies, it should have movies from different regions of the world. I downloaded this app so that I can watch Japanese anime but instead it's got just some useless Chinese anime, I wouldn't recommend this app for a non-chinese person, please if you could make some amendment that's when I would recommend it.

I am continuously trying to pay 3 USD for early access of dramas and it says payment failed without even trying to open the digital wallet app. What kind of nonsense is this? Also why is early access charge not included in VIP subscription? it's easier that way rather than trying to pay separately and seeing this error.

Hate the ads even though I paid full yearly as VIP members. Minimise, open app, ads. Do it again, ads. To make it worse, the close icon was so small. If you have big fingers, you'll be directed to the ad websites when attempt to close it fails. Go back to youku, ads again! Every single time Ads! what's the point of paying then if still getting so many ads? Might as well as stream from online websites with similar ads quantity.
