UPDATE - Issue recently solved. All seems to be working well know. When I registered it sent an email inviting me to validate and enter. Validation works but then it seems to forget your credentials. Won't let you in. Won't let you recover a password. When I tried re-registering it asked to scan my DNI barcode and couldn't recognize it. When I called, no one answered.

Hi, the register process is tedious, especially when you have to input your date of birth. there is not a way to choose or type year (YYYY) not even month. I was born in 1959. To register I got to go day by day back to 59.? I decline to register because of that. Sorry.
