I can't ever use the app anymore. Like everyone else has said in their reviews, it freezes on the home screen and you can't even click on anything or scroll. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared app cache, etc and nothing makes it work. I have to use my browser and go to the website to place online orders and the website is slow and glitchy, too. Come on Pizza Hut, get it together already.

Another update: I tried to use my app. It said there was an update. I completed it and still cannot login. YOUR SIGN IN DOESN'T WORK. I can't even begin as a guest. I would add a screenshot but it won't let me. I have to update my review and say this app has stopped working all together. I recently had to go to my computer to order online. That's pretty sad in 2025. A delivery fee on top of a tip is ridiculous. Especially a $5 fee

Of all the pizza chain apps, Pizza Hut's is the worst. It barely works half the time, the other half it just doesn't work at all. rn it opens but then is froze on the home screen. Nice.. It's been buggy like this for years, across multiple devices. Very slow & inconsistent. Even when it works it's annoying to use. Maybe get Dominos to help you design a decent app 🙃

Changing my review as the app is far worse now. I just installed the newest update and it won't even work now. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and the app is just frozen. It won't do anything. Before the freeze it would add incorrect items to the cart all the time. Crash multiple times before I can finish an order. And now it won't even work. Worst app ever. More buggy than an ant farm. 0/5 stars.

I'm replacing my review with an unfortunately worse one. This app is garbage. It only opens half the time, and usually gets stuck on the opening screen. It's slow and laggy when I do get it open, but worst of all, it complains that my email address is invalid. The same email address I've used for years and placed orders under. I give up; I guess no more Pizza Hut for me. Bye.

Soo glitchy, doesn't work half the time. I try to start an order and it won't allow me to click on something and then it'll just close out the app after a few seconds. I usually get fed up and just switch to a competitors pizza app and order from them so I can just stop messing around with the issues. I'm using a Google Pixel phone and my app/phone is all updated. Sooo 🤷🏼‍♀️ what gives!?!?! You're losing money, so fix it!
