Their service is terrible, and their customer care support is even worse. I've enabled almost all the alert notifications in this app, but I haven't received a single notification, whether it's geo-fencing, ignition on/off, or over speed limit notifications. If my car is stolen and I don't receive notifications, how will I know if someone started it? don't buy blackbuck gps for your vehicle...

I am very disappointed to use this application.. no support from the blackbuck team. we have applied for a Chargeback request but no one supports it for this. I've tried to connect in customer care but the agent disconnected the call after asking the issue.. Chargeback request rejected without any discussion on call... and multiple spam calls received from the blackbuck team.

Very poor service from BlackBug. I paid my subscription yesterday, and the person who promised to give me the load has stopped answering my calls. I told him I can’t do KYC on the app, and he said he’d help since my vehicle is under a company name. After payment, he disappeared. Customer care only says “do KYC” and gives no help. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I’ve been using this Blackbuck _ GPS tracking app for a few weeks now and it has truly made vehicle monitoring effortless. The real-time location tracking is very accurate, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I especially like the alerts for movement and idle time – very useful for fleet management. Battery usage is also well-optimized. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for both personal and business use!👍
