As a tourist in Peru, I used this app to check my Data usage. Would have been easier if it was in English :)

Speed drops after you use your high speed GB. Your points will not show and will not be available to obtain free GB packets with points. They make you pay instead. While your speed is high, you will see all your points but none will show when you need to use them. 0 customer service help. Keep asking you useless questions, don't answer your questions. Even when you tell them the problem with screenshots, and explain to them how to fix the issue, nothing gets done. Wasted 24h and still nada

My data plan wasn't automatically extended when i put enough money on my sim, but that money got burned up - so instead of a month, had internet just for one day. Also wasn't able to buy packets by using bonus points - got error, but bonuses got reducted. What a bad mobile operator, switched to another one.

Having about 20 days using a postpay plan the experience is awful, I haven't gotten the extra 10 GB for mobile portability when it's a benefit given the same day of signing contracts, I've submitted 3 complaints already ,I'm just waiting to fulfill the 1st month and go back to my previous mobile company.

Got notification and sms about promotion for extra gigabytes. Paid for it but never got what i paid for. Went to bitel store and they blame it on my foreign mastercard and didn't help at all. Next time coming to peru will mot choose this provider for sure. Also too much spam! Milions of notifications and sms messages i never asked for.

The last update got the game unplayable. The movement of the sprites is laggy and it is very hard to avoid "enemies". I cannot advance even the easiest level. Please fix.
