It's pretty similar to other apps, but it really needs a way to hide listings and a filter for "investment" properties. I'm not getting a loan for a property that is squatter-central or so full of black mold it needs to be torn down. Also, there are several listings that are under the wrong property type, with condos commonly showing up under single-family homes. There's also no way to filter out gated communities, only a filter to include them. Still, it has more filters overall, which is nice.

App crashes when I select filter. Swiping up is how you browse... It's also how you offer on a house. So as your browsing, it keeps attempting to send you offer pop ups. Searching a location is very limiting and doesn't show all of the results in that area. Overall, not great for looking at houses

This app, seems to support you throughout all that you do! And is very much, on track with all of the needs and facts! The only problem I found, has to do with the fact, that it did not support most of the address. I typed in!

This app has been very convenient for me. It was recommended by my realtor and I like the clean interface and easy filtering. I haven't had any of the crashing problems I read in earlier reviews. My only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't keep my search position after I look at a house. This makes me a little less interested at taking a closer look at some properties than I might be otherwise.

Every time I open up the app it keeps asking me to make an account never giving me the option to actually login. I type in my login info in the only place to put it hoping it's a create/login field and it just says account email is already used. So basically after the first time you use it it becomes useless.

Cannot remove a property that has gone off market. Can't do it on the app or on the website. This only happens in the new format which is otherwise really nice. Now that you've gone to the new format across the board, I have properties I cannot remove.
