Impossible to test without subscribing (so I did for a week). I generally like the design. No need to stick to the physical remote layout for sure. My problem is that it didn't really work for my TV. It is a 2021Samsung 75", so not that old. I would also expect that if you connect to a TV and it is not supported - let me know. Instead all the pointer movement options did not work. Other things as well, but I lost patience and uninstalled.

This is the only app of 3 new installs and the one I used to use that worked on my old Samsung TV. However, there's so many ads that you literally can't do anything. Any time you're on the app for more than 5 seconds, an ad starts. Try to move a cursed? Ad. Try to hit play? Ad. My old remote would play an ad when you first opened it and not again until you left and re-opened. That is not the case with this one. I am uninstalling now.

This is the most disgusting app that you can ever find. This app has so many ads it will not even let you finish doing volume up or down. Can you believe the ad pops up even middle of increase in the volume. Some of these ads are 30 seconds. Guys don't cheat out buy Samsung remote 7 dollars and Amazon it's worth it. This app made me so furious so frustrated I even thought of banging my phone. Thank me for saving your time Thank me for saving your time. 1 second this is the worst possible app.

I hate giving bad reviews but this app is abysmal. At first the ads were very short and only here and there. But then they get longer and more often. It's annoying when you're trying to change a channel and you're literally getting 30 second ads every 10 seconds. Not to mention that if you turn your tv off you can't reconnect to turn it back on. Do better please.

So it does work....essentially. echo sentiment that ads can be very burdensome so that you can't easily turn volume up and down without it throwing an ad at you. I paid for a years worth subscription hoping ads would go away, which at least for me, have sadly not gone away. So I would recommend searching for other samsung apps and at least at this time won't renew my subscription.

Trash AVOID AT ALL COST !!! The app was searching for the TV for awhile. I turned the TV off and turned it back on. Then I unplugged the TV and plugged it back in and what do you know nothing. Im not paying a monthly subscription service for something that's not even functional.
