The app is extremely buggy and takes 2, 3 minutes EVERY TIME U CLICK ON NEW PLACE to load the page. I've got £30 in the card that I've urned by purchasing stuff and they lied to me that I can use them in physical shop, but when U try to do that.. there's ALWAYS an error in the system. I am regretting this app and I'm keeping it only because of the points that I already gained by spending hundreds of cach! THANKS FOR THE "LOYALTY TREATMENT"

I shop regularly with boots and thought the app would be amazing, it's extremely slow, the offers on the advantage card have never worked, the last few occasions I've not been able to purchase anything and have to manually go online to order, genuinely isn't much point in the app, easier using the site. fed ordering loads to reorder online as the app is incapable of actually working how it should.

Problems with App continue including not showing points on card sometimes but recently has been a little more reliable. Problem of poor Wifi in stores means App sometimes does not work. Pity many reviews for the App are reviews for a store not the App so star rating seems too high. Would be better if offers were automatically selected but the aim like other stores is to minimise the amount of offers actually taken.

In August I posted that your search tool had stopped working. That was fixed. Now, (November) your basket won't open, so you can't see what you've put in it or check out. Update. Dec 31 - Still no access to basket. Even after updating the app. Please pay your developers more, so they do a proper job. Terrible app.

It's difficult to find my Boots card in the app, even under the 'My card' tab, sometimes it doesn't appear. Even the boots staff at the checkout don't seem to know how to work the app. It often logs me out, so when I'm at the checkout I can't even get into the app to use my card. All this app needs to do is show my card barcode and keep a running total of the balance, that's all! Instead it's a poorly functioning non-intuitive mess.

This app lacks one important feature. Every offer has to be added separately. It would be so much better if the offers were just added automatically without me having to do anything. Why might someone not want to add the offers? EDIT: You still have to add every offer individually. At least Sainsbury's have an "add all offers" button, even if they don't get added automatically.
