all my favourite sports have just disappeared because of technical error messages on app just now please fix this this needs to be updated had same issue when it was the eurosport app aswell when can I expect to see a fix for this problem it been nearly 4 months now and the above problem is still not fixed very unprofessional from you another week has passed and the above problem still not fixed come on will you get it sorted the update of today still hasn't fixed it how long does it take to fix

can't log in, I pay so much money every month and can't even log in on the app. no reason, no movement, just nothing.

It's a nice app, I've always been impressed with the way information is added to the time line so you can see what has happened during matches. What's disappointing is that when you've added casting that you've monitised it. £10 per month to cast video. Madness. To have access to the app someone is already paying a fair sum to a BT related service.

Since the latest update the enhanced player does not work - it gives the most unhelpful error message "this video is not working or is unavailable in your region". I haven't moved since the previous update! To compound the error you do not get to choose which player to use. I can play anything which does not use the enhanced player, which excludes live rugby which is what I want to watch. It's not good enough. I have tried the suggested solution, and it doesn't work, which was not a surprise. It was not a surprise because the suggestion does not take into account all the other subscribers with the same (new) problem, and because it doesn't address the fact that I can access the stream using the standard player at HD quality without a problem. Since choosing the standard player is not a selectable option this is frustrating. The enhanced player just goes into an infinite loop playing about half a second of sound and then giving the error message above. Surely the two players use the same video stream? I did not say I am using an Android TV box, and I am not. I am using an Android tablet that, according to the link you provided, is supported by you. So what next?

Autoplay videos on every page! They remain on top as you scroll down while reading an article. Who can read an article and watch a video simultaneously? Access the same content from a browser without the videos.

I was very excited when I first got the app with my EE contract. After a couple of months I hardly ever use it, for a few reasons: 1. It's very far behind BT Sport on the TV or other streams I watch so I get notifications of events before I see it, about thirty seconds before. 2. I cant Chromecast. I would much rather load a non HD stream on my phone and Chromecast it to my TV than watch in HD on a 5" screen. 3. I have super fast WiFi or I use my 4G and it can't stay live. I click go live and then it will freeze for a few seconds then start again. This app has lots of potential. The first thing I want, is the ability to Chromecast when using the app on an EE contract.
