The app is fine, convenient and easy to use. I liked it until i had a problem and had to contact support service. Their answers are always along the lines of "we're deeply sorry, do you want us to tell carrier anything on your behalf?" This happened two times. I felt like when it comes to charging commission for selling the carrier's tickets, Busfor is here. When it comes to dealing with troubles and protecting customers' interests, they are not responsible at all. Update: don't pretend you care

could not book and\or buy a ticket to the needed bus, just an error - unable to confirm booking and that's all tried several times with no luck -/ no feedback or support email option inside the application got a train ticket in different app.

Nice app, easy booking, gpay include! And this is not feedback of my trip. This application is only ticket service. When I came to bus station and took a bus - this was mistake and Stewart catch me to right bus. Thanks!

The application doesn't display in my account purchased tickets. The support isn't responding on emails. I paid money but got nothing!

The app is fine. But the service is the worst one. They just stole my money for two tickets and said something like "please write to the carrier"...
