How it works?
1. List your car: enter key details about your vehicle, and we will contact you to schedule the installation of our device
2. Receive bookings: once we verify their identity, drivers can reserve your car for the times you specify as available
3. Renting made easy: drivers can find your car and use their phone to unlock it independently, or inspect and sign the contract directly with you
4. Get paid: funds are transferred to your bank account within five working days after each rental

They are easy use and the cars are in good shape. HOWEVER, make sure you keep up w the extensions! I had been renting one and kept up with the with the extensions all night but I accidentally fell asleep for a couple of hours. I woke up to the parking lot security pounding on my door. The owner of the car was in the parking lot, retreiving the vehicle!! They charged me way too much in fees, dinging me a total of $716 for one day's rental. They kept taking money out of my out for up to a month!

Like for many others, the switch from the legacy app to the new app did not go smoothly. I had to re-verify my account, provide pics of my DL, add a CC, etc. The app does NOT let you do this AHEAD of time. It's bizarre. You have to first rent a car, then it asks you to verify your account. You have no idea that your account needs verification beforehand. Then you have to add a payment method. Again, you CAN'T do it ahead of time. Not to mention the random errors popping up. Bad experience.

The app works pretty well. It's easy to use, and the feedback is very quick. It should be taken into account that in addition to the driver's license and the ID, you need a document confirming your residential address (bill, lease, bank statement, pay stubs, etc). Also, be aware that there are environmental zones in Europe, so check the car details (fuel type, year of issue) if it meets the country requirements you go. The app is highly recommended 👌

Profile is pending verification. They let you rent a car, then they say that within 2 working hours they will contact you. They never do, my reservation two days after I signed up I had to cancel and get another full price rental. They don't respond to contact us or provide a phone number. Honestly, really sad and if they can't afford people to review profiles they should either close, prevent people from signing up, or just shut down.

The App has a major glitch that prevents you from being able to reach the last steps of "Verifying Profile." It still allows you to pick a car, and let's you pay for everything. However, when you arrive at your reservation to pickup the car, you will be ineligible, because your online profile wasn't verified. Then it will take weeks for the refund to be returned to your card. Complete waste of my time, signing up, paying, and going to my reservation...for nothing. The glitch is for Uber Drivers!

Great app and the company I would rate it as average. The service that they provide is great and their customer service agents are great but that is when you can reach one that you can speak to live. The company tries everything possible to avoid you having a live conversation with an agent, they really push that everything is done via email which sometimes there response can take a few days. It is quite frustrating when you're trying to get some help right away or have a quick question.
