no useful options in app, I must log in on laptop to change anything. there were no one week without error or bug. today - I can not watch anything, becuause according to app I am not a subscribent. customer service is anorher funny story. what a shame, there are so many great movies and series.

I have a problem with this app. Creating my account is not being successful, they are telling me that I already have an account with that email though it's my first time on the app. I even tried using all my 3 different emails, resetting password is also not working. In simple words, there is a problem in the authentication of the app

app on the TV keeps lagging repeatedly or freezes on homepage and im unable to pick anything to watch, all while my other apps work perfectly fine on the same device and with the same remote.

From Poland. I'm getting the white screen after logging in too. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and it keeps happening. I expect better from a "premium" service.

had to take one star down for the very annoying fact that I can't choose the original language of a movie, it's automatically in French, no original version choice 😡

I've been using the app for quite long now and it's been working so well for, but lately I've been trying to log into my account with the option "forget my password" I filled the phone number I used in registering the account and I've been waiting for the verification text for days now till today I have received none what could be the problem?
