The app connects wirelessly to the operator, giving you quick and easy access to its bouquet of features and saving you time and effort. the previous version was working fine there was no need for me to be connected to the internet to run the app but this recent update is a mess because even when I'm connected to the internet it's not even opening it keeps on saying applying settings and it doesn't matter how many times you restart the app it is still not working after the update

Update: After update, the app working 100%. Latest update causing the app to crash upon opening. This app was amazing and could do all functionality, now I am blind if something happens and remotes have issues.

The motor has to run on 2 batteries it seems and if one is at the end of its life, then you run into a slow moving gate ot gate limits not setting. Other than that it's brilliant and easy to set up on the app. Love being able to control everything and monitor who opens and closes. Hoping there will an app to allow the use of a smartphone to open and close in addition to remotes.

I downloaded this app and connected to my operators (D5 Smart) and everything was working fine. I was even able to chenge the names of the operators. After about 30 minutes, I opened the app again and I couldn't see the operators anymore after scanning. Their Bluetooth is no more broadcasting, I tried a different phone and still the same. What is happening?!?!?!?!

system app updated. and the app stopped working. i contacted support and they told me to clear data, uninstall, clear cache, de and re-register my account.... i did all that and it still didn't work. i then installed an older version and now its working. the new update is problematic. it doesnt allow connection to the motor. please fix it.
