2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants.

Best food app. Period. I use apps everywhere I eat. Many are awful and a few a pretty good but this one is the best. They obviously put a lot of time and effort into making it meet the varied needs of all their customers. Goofed up your order? Easy to fix. Decide to use the drive-through instead of eating in? Easy to change. A high-quality app to go with a high-quality business. Thanks for doing it right.

Used to be awesome, the app detects how close to the restaurant you are and they start preparing your food when you get close, with mobile thru I rarely had to wait more than 30 SECONDS to get my food. Now much like other apps they don't START your food until after you manually check in at the restaurant, thus defeating the main purpose/benefit of typing in my own order. I hate it. The rewards are decent but the main problem kills it for me.

App keeps telling me my device is not verified, but does not send email with verification link. It recognizes my account, but I can't get past this device verification message so I can't use the app at all. I have deleted and re-downloaded many times, reset all data, cleared cache, checked every setting on my phone I can possibly think of! This is very frustrating. I have no problems receiving emails to change my password for the account, but never have received an email to verify my device.

If you have a small amount on your gift card, there's no option to pay your order with the remaining funds on your gift card with another credit card. Unfortunately, the rewards on his app isn't worth it either. They only give you breakfast items, desserts, and drinks. The only sandwich I ever got was a basic chicken sandwich for signing up and ordering on the mobile app for the first time... Ordering on the app is easy and smooth to navigate, but that's the only good thing about the app.

The app has become quite unstable lately. I'm frequently stuck on the splash screen, and I even had to reinstall just to get it to work at all today. I still had multiple issues afterward logging in and starting an order. It's hit or miss on this one, but it seems like I also have to turn off my VPN every now and then for the app to load. It's quite annoying since I need it always on while at work, and I don't understand why it would be blocked (especially at random).

I love the app, but I do have 2 issues. First, I always like to get a large water, but there is no option to add this item. I always have to wait until I get to the restaurant to add it to my order. Second, I ordered a salad with an extra grilled fillet. I didn't receive the extra fillet. I went to report the issue and it only lets me select the salad and not the add on/extra item added. It ended up compensating me the entire salad and not the just the fillet.
