Notifications are too little excessive! Why can't the app access chotot market for transportations that is available on the web version. Also the UI isn't consistent between the two. The web version allow searching for folding bikes while the mobile version don't. Also the web version can't filter by folding bike AND region, it's one or the other. I deeply thank you guys for making this platform but it can be further improved.

In Vietnamese language ONLY. 🙄 Given the amount of foreigners living in working in Vietnam, it would make sense to make the ChoTot app multilingual as they have done with their "Carousell" app in other countries. 🤷‍♂️ It's rather ineffectual in its current form. Additional languages should be added to bring the app inline with the language of the demographic living in Vietnam. 1. English 2. Japanese 3. Korean 4. Chinese

Good marketplace, BAD app interface Why only sorting items by newest of cheapest, I want to obtain the most exquisite item off the search and I don't want to scroll through the thousands of cheap ones I don't like. Add the Highest Price sort. Also l, when I want to sort out the price of my search, it's just put me back to the item category within that price, but not the item I was searching for. I can't find the item I want most of the time

The Admins of this marketplace willingly allow real-estate scammers to freely flood the listing with frauds, ripping off users upon meeting in person. Most of the real-estate listing with below-average pricings are not properly verified, exposing buyers to an extremely high risk of getting swindled. Admins would turn a blind eye to scammers and the likes as long as they're willing to pay some sorts of "promotional fee" to keep them going. Stay away from this app, it's worse than cancer!

All rental ads are incorrect, posted by dishonest agents, beautiful apt or room picture with a low price, but after you contact the renter will say O that's rented, I have another similar (but lower quality with higher price). The app platform isn't taking any steps to stop this malpractice. The system should allow only one item, one room or apartment, to post with one price only. Agents with multiple rooms should post a different ad for each room. A location pin on map would be helpful too.
