I have an IMILAB doorbell camera, which as a product is great, but this app is so bad it makes the product just useless. First of all when you open the app you see an ad for a product. In addition, the app crash a lot, doesn't support loop recording so after a while it doesn't record at all, the setup was a nightmare, and you can't just delete all of the videos you can just select day by day of recordings. Just terrible app.

not satisfied as the app have lots of bugs. With Sd Card video you have to to through a lot of settings to watch and it is not very user friendly and sometimes it does not even work. Its like they force you to buy the cloud storage. Also when i go to watch a recorded video the app crasher alot sending me back to the homepage.

Repeatedly can't log in. Need to uninstall n reinstall back everytime to get logged in. Even then..after few hours , then cannot log in already. I thought it was my password, then I reset. After that still the same problem. I realize this issue started to happen when I don't subscribe to their cloud services. I don't recommend this product.

Complete garbage. Every single time the connection goes down even for a couple of minutes, the cameras are lost forever, the only way to bring them back is to go to the location and scan them physically again. This happened many times and I'm done. I'm throwing the cameras away.

We received an imilab c30 as replacement for a different xiaomi camera, but had to install this app to get it working. Why can't we use the Xiaomi home app for this? I wish we could. The camera view has a delay of 1-2 seconds, even on WiFi, which Xiaomi home doesn't have. This app is filled with bugs, spelling mistakes, unintelligible sentences and just broken on some places. Minor but still annoying: it is ridiculous to have to skip an empty startup screen everytime you open the app.

Easy to use and setup, however when I receive a push notification, I'm not able to see the detected motion frame, so I need to scroll about 1h video manually and try find what was moved. It's very unfriendly and makes the detecting motion feature useless. Please add feature to somehow mark the detected motion like it was done in xiaomi home app.
