I've been using Fnp for a while bit it amazes me see how disappointing they can be with order cancellation policies. Within 5 mins of placing an order and realizing it was wrongly done, I got back to the team with a cancel request and all they could say was,"Sorry,the order has been placed and cannot be cancelled". Fnp, you really need to get better with your customer service.

Extremely pathetic experience. One of the worst customer service people out there in this business. They will cancel products from your order at the last moment without giving any reasons and no mention of any refunds. Their customer service team close your support ticket even if the issue is not resolved. They will not cancel your orders even when you have genuine reasons to do so and explain it clearly. I repeat, do not buy from here!!

Extremely disappointed with the order. I placed a request for a customised photo frame with our own photo, but received an AI-edited frame with random faces that aren’t even ours. This was meant to be a birthday gift, but I ended up with a completely wrong and useless product. Kindly look into this issue and arrange a replacement asap.

Omg!! Despite multiple follow ups, I see they have cancelled my order without prior notice. Also an immediate refund is not generated. Though the tracking showed shipped, the support team mentioned it wasn't shipped. Yet a conveyance fee of 39 is added! Kudos to their customer care team for your energy, patience & time is tested. I hereby request you to not order anything from here & waste your money. It is such a frustrating experience I say.

I had a terrible experience with FNP. I placed an order and paid in full, expecting it to be delivered as promised. Not only was the order never delivered, but there was no attempt made at delivery either. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, there was no clear response or resolution from their customer support. Each time, I was given vague reassurances but no real action was taken. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that shows such a lack of accountability.

It is the worst app I have ever experienced. First when I am ordering it is not showing that it is not deliverable in that area after ordering they put order on hold and saying it is not deliverable. When I want to cancel the order they are not cancelling my order and take a lot of time to give a reply then they say we have placed your order. And also the order is not assigned to their partner. Worst experience. Not recommended by me.
