It's awesome using this app. The laid down steps for operation are so easy to follow especially the payment gateways which doesn't take you 2-3 minutes to get done with. My suggestion is that you add the possibility of signing into at least two different accounts with the app on the same phone. A situation where one can switch between both accounts. That is my problem with the app. Thank you.

The app is simply unreliable. Of course, it works for payment, but whenever you have an issue, just have it in mind that no support comes from the Chat. Also, GoTV has an unpleasant experience every now and then when signals just disappear and only 52 channels remain. At this time, even if you hang the antenna on top of Mount Everest, you only get the 90+ channels back when GoTV decides it is time. Rubbish through and through.

Very Useless,I've been a loyal customer but at times it just shows error E-16. Tried fixing in the error in the app & it took them a week to fix without compensating me...Kindly post your customer care numbers

Gotv needs to work on their app, after making an online payment via the Gotv app, it kept saying I have no active subscriptions. I had to Live chat the customer service which took almost an hour before it was resolved. This has happened twice already this year.

You pay for a package, you get less.. Only payment at the office gets you the package you want. last month I paid for Jolli, all through the month I was viewing Jinja. did all reset and rescan, nothing worked. wasted that funds for nothing. Did mails and all. still wasted the funds.

I CAN'T BE WATCHING THE SAME MOVIES EVERY TIME, THERE IS NO NEW MOVIES, NO NIGERIA FREE CHANNELS ANYMORE LIKE GTV, LTV MITV, EVEN GALAXY AND OTHERS. what's wrong with our Nigeria government.
