I genuinely love this app and Edison as a service. However, a few months ago, a sender (they send a weekly email every Sunday night) that used to regularly show in my primary inbox suddenly was being treated as spam. I tried to fix that by adding the sender to my contacts, but nothing has changed. The fact that even after adding a sender to my contacts, their emails STILL end up in the spam folder is completely unacceptable. Instantly a 1-star app because of this.

Great app! I wish the search was better but otherwise its awesome! Previous review: Serious problems with data loss. When I switch between this app and another when composing an email the app freezes and I can no longer type, save as a draft, or send. I have to close out of the app to get it to work again and I lose the entire email I was writing. Horrible.

The worst app I ever used for mailing. No sort, no organizing. Opening the app from notifications takes you to the list of emails, so you can enjoy searching yourself. all other notifications disappear by then. So you can enjoy more searching for all unread emails. ARE THERE STILL NOT ENOUGH DETAILS???? and you just send AI to copy and paste the standard text.... this is not a support! it's just FAQ quoting. you just keep doing the same things over and over... your job, not mine.

Can't open messages from email notifications, errors out every time. also, when I get email notifications, upon launching the app, said email(s) are not in the inbox. i have to refresh the inbox for the emails to actually download. the error messages and extra steps make this app not worth it unfortunately. additionally, i don't care for the focused and other classifications, can't find a way to disable. dev doesnt read reviews despite responding to them (based on response to prev review).

Downloaded this over 3-wks ago, and it's been useless. Alerts come 1-hr after emails arrive. If I'm expecting an important email, I have to keep manually syncing, which takes 30-45 seconds. For 1-2 days it sent alerts within 3-min, but I still have to manually sync to view emails. I uninstalled/reinstalled twice, followed Android instructions on the website but no luck. I’m done putting effort into this app and I'm not contacting support. The next effort I put into this app is to uninstall it.

I've tried several email apps in the last several weeks, and this email app is the best (AND NO ads). Setting up email accounts in the app is very easy, and a lot of personal customization is available. Update: after using this app for several months, I still believe it is the best out there. I had to reduce my app grade because the app only catches @ 5% of my spam. I left 2 messages with suggestions on their website 8 weeks ago and no response from them.
