absolute rubbish. complete waste of time and effort. everytime I try to get a code i get a white page coming up with this writing. " Error loading page Domain: undefined Error Code: -9 Description: net::ERR_TOO_MANY REDIRECTS" Sort it out Powerni, this is pathetic.

Had to update my app as the old one stopped working. This one is worse. Not fit for purpose. Have to physically log the top up onto the meter, it doesn't connect automatically anymore.

one of the worst app experiences I've ever had. forgets my password ever single time telling me it's wrong, and now you don't accept half my cards. you're a waste of time and money

Misbehaving badly. Cant top up via the app anymore. Thats using two different phones. Have to take the prepaid card to the shop to top up and lose the £2 bonus on £80 payment. Yes ive closed and reopened the app. It lets me get and input a otpc but then says unsuccessful. Nothing wrong with my card either. This used to work no problem so whats happened. Nothing wrong with my phones either.

horrible app considering it's supposed to make things easier. constantly fails to log in. fedup having to uninstall and hope that it will actually let me login again. it's one of those apps that's only really opened when needed and of course that's when it doesn't work. pretty sure Power NI makes enough profit each year to maybe invest some of that in a product that works...

It ain't great. Claims to be an app but in reality it's just a link to the powerni Web page. Infuriatingly asks for your cookie preferences EVERY, SINGLE, TIME! The services offered by the app are pretty lame and as for using the app around billing time? Forget it, can't log in, won't load, hangs, crashes etc. If you are going to charge me extortionate electric prices, at least have the decency to spend some of your millions of profits building a decent app.
