I was recently kicked out of the app, upon logging in again my credentials don't seem to work anymore. I started the procedure for password reset and it loops endlessly over the first step (insert email). not sure what else i should do, my app is up to date. UPDATE: I solved the mystery! I was using the wrong email address. Sorry for causing you trouble. (Would be nice to receive an "email not found" kind of message in the password reset procedure in such cases 😁)

It logout randomly, it doesn't let my phone save the login information( user & pw); it asks 200 times to check motorcycles, bus, cars, hydrants, crosswalk etc.. I'm not a flipping AI teacher, I just want my money from my salary to pay for my food. instead of redoing a layout to be more cool, just make it easier to access the app and less annoying. just for a password change i had to access 2 otp and do 3 "I'm not a robot". I'm quite annoyed. A direct access like google wallet would be wonderful

If I wasn't forced to use this app for the tickets I get from work, I wouldn't use it. Very often it logs me out for no reason, usually at the checkout so I can't use them. To log in again I need my work email, which is at home. It constantly says my password is incorrect, then when resetting, says "you can't use the same password again" Please fix the app!!!!!

Honestly a terrible app... where to begin... the security is ridiculous, one OTP after the next like I'm trying to withdraw gold from Fort Know instead of €8 restaurant tickets and sooo many Captchas that you would think the whole point of this app is to train an AI. But after suffering seemingly endless loops, it does not let me login... I guess I will just use my physical card p.s. this is the second time I give their apps a go and still nothing works

It's really frustrating to use this app. Every time, I have to recover my password and go through a million CAPTCHAs just to access my account. It's the most inconvenient app I've ever used. Every time I try to shop, it makes me look ridiculous because I end up leaving without buying anything—just because the app doesn't work properly. I do not know who are designer and administore but I think they should update this in a professional way.

0 stars. The app frequently kicks you out when you need it most, forcing you to re-enter login information and password the moment it's your turn to pay at the supermarket or a restaurant. And even then you might get an error message blocking you from signing back in (like I just discovered today at lunch). That's exactly the opposite of what an app is for. Totally inconvenience, frustrating and terrible. I would happily use paper tickets rather this app if I could. What a waste.
